Welcome, loves.

Art is more than music, painting, or dance. Art is life itself. It’s the organizing of energy and patterns into beauty, creativity, and authenticity. It’s the transmission of something greater—something divine. Yet, somewhere along the way, we’ve been conditioned to restrict art, to fit it into specific boxes of what’s “allowed” or “worthy.”

For example, my transmissions—whether in words, books, or audio—are my art. And as my favorite artist, Kandinsky, once said, “There is no must in art because art is free.” No one can tell an artist what their work is worth. The artist decides what the transaction is, and the world decides its value. Yet, we’ve been taught to doubt this freedom. We’ve been told, “Artists struggle. That’s just how it is.” And behind that belief lies something deeper: the idea that we, too, are not free to be who we truly are.

This belief ripples out into judgment, conditioning, and condemnation. We judge others’ art because we haven’t allowed ourselves the freedom to express ours. This can trigger those who haven’t claimed their freedom to double down on their limitations. But what if we didn’t play along? What if we gave ourselves permission to live abundantly—in our art, our frequency, and our lives?

Because if art is life, and life is art, then to live fully is to create from a place of safety, freedom, and abundance. And that starts with claiming these truths for ourselves:

• I am safe.
• I am free.
• I am abundant.

When you give others permission to express their art, you are granting that permission to yourself. And when you give yourself permission to live authentically and unapologetically, you liberate those around you to do the same. Together, we can explore what it means to live in freedom, safety, and abundance.

Art is not separate from life. Art is how we express the fullness of who we are. And the more we embrace this truth, the more we align with our power, our creativity, and our connection to the divine ❤️
